1. Operator

2. The service
TodayEnough is a productivity and planning tool that uses information entered by the user to create an adaptive daily plan. It is not medical, psychological or emergency advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law. You remain responsible for the content you enter and decisions made using the app. Do not use the service to store unlawful content or interfere with the app, App Store systems or other users.
4. Subscription and free trial
TodayEnough is offered through an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Where displayed in the App Store purchase sheet, eligible users may receive a seven-day introductory free trial. The exact price, currency, eligibility and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its rules. Unless cancelled through your Apple account settings, the subscription renews automatically. You can restore an eligible purchase from within the app.
5. Apple terms
Your licence to the iOS app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom agreement is published in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, mandatory consumer rights or Apple’s applicable terms.
6. Local data and backups
In the current version, planning data is stored locally. You are responsible for your device, access controls and backups. Removing the app may remove local data from the device. TodayEnough does not promise recovery of data lost through device failure, deletion or operating-system actions.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property
The TodayEnough name, branding, application, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited personal right to use the app under your subscription and Apple’s licence terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TodayEnough is provided without a guarantee of a specific productivity, health, financial or professional outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.
