Terms of Use
1. Operator
Capelio is provided by MG TECH, based in Poland. Contact: support@todayenough.com.
2. What Capelio is
Capelio is a task-organization and adaptive daily-planning tool. It helps limit the active plan using information entered by the user. It is not medical, psychological or emergency advice.
3. Subscription
Access is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Apple may show eligible users a seven-day introductory trial. Price, currency, trial eligibility and renewal date are displayed by Apple before purchase.
Purchase, renewal, cancellation, restoration and any refund are handled by Apple under App Store rules. A subscription can be cancelled in Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a charge already made.
4. Local data
In version 1.0, planning content is stored locally on the device. The user is responsible for device security and backup settings. Removing the app may remove local data.
5. Acceptable use
Users must comply with applicable law and remain responsible for content entered and decisions made using the plan. The app should not be used as the sole basis for health, safety, financial or professional decisions requiring qualified assessment.
6. Availability and updates
We may update the app, fix errors and change features where needed for security, legal compliance or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but this does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Capelio name, mark, interface and original elements are protected by law. A subscription grants a personal right to use the app and does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
8. Liability
Capelio does not guarantee a particular productivity, health or wellbeing result. Liability is determined under applicable law, and these Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Apple terms
Use of the iOS app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless another agreement is specified in App Store Connect.
10. Complaints and contact
Issues may be reported to support@todayenough.com with the app version, iOS version, device model and a description. Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.
