Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the TodayEnough iOS application and the website at todayenough.com handle information.
1. Controller and contact
The operator and data controller is MG TECH MAGDALENA GOŁĘBIOWSKA, registered address: ul. Na Zbiegu 22, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, tax ID 6312611107. Contact: support@todayenough.com.
2. Information stored by the app
TodayEnough lets you create a profile, daily check-ins, tasks and sketches. This may include your name, age, daily-rhythm preferences, energy, stress, sleep quality, task details, notes and other content you choose to enter.
In the current version, this information is stored locally on your device. TodayEnough does not require an account and does not send this planning content to our servers.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Purchases and subscription status are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive payment-card or bank-account details. Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Analytics, advertising and tracking
The current version does not contain advertising, third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking. It does not use your information for cross-app tracking.
5. Support requests
If you contact support, we process the information you provide — such as your email address, message, screenshots and technical details — to respond and resolve the issue. Depending on the request, the legal basis is performance of the service agreement or our legitimate interest in providing support and maintaining the product. Support correspondence is normally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the case is closed, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for legal claims.
6. Website data
The initial website does not use marketing or behavioral analytics cookies. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., may process limited technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request time and security events to deliver and protect the website. Confirm the provider’s exact practices and retention period before publication.
7. Retention and deletion
App content remains on your device until you delete it within the app or remove the app. Device backups are controlled by your Apple and device settings. Support and website technical data are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing of personal data we control. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or another competent supervisory authority.
9. International processing
Apple and the website hosting provider may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards. Details must match the services used at launch.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, website or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available here.
