Privacy Policy

The short version: Capelio does not operate user accounts and does not collect your tasks, sketches, check-ins, notes or planning history. That content stays on your device. We use no analytics, advertising trackers or profiling tools.

1. Controller and contact

The controller for the limited data described in this policy is MG TECH, the operator of Capelio, based in Poland. Contact: support@todayenough.com.

2. Data stored in Capelio

Profile settings, energy, stress and sleep check-ins, tasks, sketches, notes, planning history, preferences and widget display data are stored locally on the user's device. MG TECH does not receive or access this content.

Capelio creates its planning recommendation on the device from information entered by the user. The recommendation is not sent to MG TECH and has no legal or similarly significant effect.

3. Data we do not collect

No name, phone number or user account
No tasks, check-ins, sketches, notes or planning history
No location data or advertising identifiers
No usage analytics, profiling or marketing data

4. Apple services and subscriptions

Apple operates the App Store, Apple ID, StoreKit subscription purchase and management and, depending on the user's settings, device or iCloud backups. Apple processes data for those services under its own privacy notices. MG TECH does not receive payment-card details, bank-account details or the user's Apple ID. See App Store & Privacy.

5. Website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may process technical data necessary to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information and security events.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or profiling tools and do not maintain a separate visitor-log archive. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare DPA.

6. Support contact

If you email support@todayenough.com, we process your email address, message and any voluntarily supplied attachments only to respond, resolve the issue and document its handling.

The legal basis is performance of or steps relating to the service and our legitimate interest in providing support and handling legal claims. The mailbox is provided through Apple iCloud Mail.

7. Retention

Support correspondence is normally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the request is closed. It may be retained longer only when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. MG TECH does not maintain a separate archive of website visitor logs.

8. Cookies

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical or security mechanisms when required to deliver and protect the site.

9. Your rights and deletion

For data we actually hold, such as support correspondence, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We cannot provide or remotely delete content stored only inside Capelio because we do not have access to it. You manage that content directly in the app and on your device. Removing the app may permanently remove local data.

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We will update this policy if Capelio's operation, email provider, hosting or the scope of data available to MG TECH changes.
